Email, communication & personal responsibility
Your university email is the main channel – read it daily. Getting information is your responsibility.
Important: you usually receive information only once. Obtaining information is your responsibility.
Communication
- Communication happens almost exclusively by e-mail to your university email, so you have everything in writing and can access it any time.
- All university members are in the address book of your e-mail account; employees are also listed with a phone number on the homepage.
- Emails to employees are usually answered within 2 working days. Please also note the office hours.
Personal skills
- Carefully read your university e-mails, including the spam folder, every day, as well as all information material provided.
- Save documents (e.g. course book, form for inability to take exams) immediately.
- Your studies are now your full-time job and preparation for the working world. Keyword: professionalism.
